• All room reservations require a deposit by Visa, Master Card, American Express or Personal Check. Payment of the balance for entire stay will be due upon check-in.

• If cancellation is done more than 14 days prior to arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee.

• If a last-minute cancellation (less than 14 days prior to arrival) is necessary, and we re-rent the room, we will gladly refund your deposit minus our $25.00 processing fee, but if we are unable to re-rent the room you have reserved your full deposit will be forfeited.

• Event Cancellations: There is a 30 Day Cancellation Policy
  for all Holidays and Special Event Weekends (Weddings, Camp-related
  weekends, Graduations, etc.).

• Corporate Discounts are available.

• Discounts are available for stays longer than three nights. (Off season only)

• All rooms are climatically controlled with air conditioning and heat.

• Convenience centers, with microwave and refrigerator are available.

• Check in is between 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, unless other arrangements have been made.

• Check out is 11:00 am.
